Litigation Experience
Drawing on over nineteen years of experience in state and federal courts,
Mr. Brennan helps clients solve business, negligence, and intellectual
property disputes in and out of court. The client’s best interest is
paramount. From the beginning of each client engagement and throughout
the representation, Mr. Brennan seeks to give clients informed and
detached counsel about the merits of the client’s and adversary’s claims

(including For-Sale-by-Owner) to representing buyers and sellers in
disputes.
Mr. Brennan also assists small and medium-sized businesses with
formation and organization issues, employment law, protection of
intellectual property, and contract and lease review and negotiation.
