Employing his skills in legal analysis and writing, and negotiating, Mr. Brennan has helped many clients resolve their cases without a trial. He has also successfully tried cases to verdict before both judges and juries. He completed an intensive course on Trial Advocacy taught by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).

Business and Intellectual Property
Mr. Brennan routinely assists and advises businesses with business formation and structuring issues, employment law, lease review, and collections.
Although the most valuable asset of some businesses is their intellectual property, nearly all businesses have valuable intellectual property interests worthy of protection. While patents and trademarks are the best known forms of intellectual property, businesses also rely on proprietary business methods, customer lists, know-how, and trade secrets. The Brennan Law Firm can help businesses to safeguard these assets prospectively (through license agreements, covenants not to compete, and nondisclosure agreements, among other things) as well as after infringement or misappropriation. We can also help companies respond to cease and desist letters, demands, and lawsuits asserting infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property.
