in real estate closings since 1969 and has handled over 10,000 closings. He
is President of Brennan Title Company (BTC). BTC services the Real
Estate, Mortgage Banking and Loan Brokering Industries in Maryland, D.C.
and Virginia, and is approved to handle closings for several National Title
Insurance Companies and by all major lenders. Mr. Brennan is also a
licensed Real Estate Broker, a former Mortgage Banker, and a licensed
Securities Principal.
